Seville - Compact Homes

Alba, Ávila, Seville y Valencia son una serie de casas que nacen de la colaboración entre MKS ARQUITECTOS y la empresa Australiana Compact Homes, liderada por Phil Cartisano.

El objetivo de estos proyectos era brindar al mercado australiano viviendas accesibles de bajo costo y alta calidad, estas debían ser compactas, pero con todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente en ellas, además, debían ser versátiles en sus tamaños, pero al mismo tiempo sus componentes (ventanas, puertas y muebles) debían ser compatibles entre ellas (según los estándares australianos) y capaces de crecer progresivamente de acuerdo a las necesidades de los clientes.

Alba, Avila, Seville and Valencia are a series of houses that are born out from the collaboration between MKS ARQUITECTOS and the Australian company Compact Homes, led by Phil Cartisano.

The main goal of these projects was to provide the Australian market with affordable, low-cost and high-quality housing. These should be compact, but with all the necessary things to live comfortably in them. In addition, they should be versatile in their sizes, but at the same time their components ( windows, doors and furniture) should be compatible with each other (according to Australian standards) and able to grow gradually according to the needs of customers.
